First surgery 2015: 2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, hump shaved, nasal tip with septal cartilage. Second surgery 2017: same hospital, corrected silicone that had shifted to the side, shaved the hump again because it seemed it had not been shaved, nasal tip with ear cartilage. Previous nose shape: had a hump and the nasal bridge was not that low. The nasal alae were thick and round; I thought of it as a bulbous nose. When I smiled, the columella descended downward like an arrow nose. Reason for removal: I originally only wanted to do the nasal tip, but at the hospital for my first surgery, they recommended silicone, saying I would regret it if I didn't do the nasal bridge, so I ended up putting it in. But the nose that was my biggest complex...
