It's been almost 4 months since I had surgery without an implant, just placing 2 layers of cartilage on the nasal tip. I didn't have a columellar strut or septal extension or anything like that, only cap grafting, cartilage tying, and cartilage repositioning. It's only been 4 months, but the angle of the grafted cartilage is already showing through white, and one spot feels pointed to the touch. I feel like I'll have to remove it someday. Should I do it at a removal clinic, or would it be okay to do it at the clinic where I had the surgery? If I think about the shape after removal, would a removal clinic be betterㅠㅠ Even if it's a simple surgery to remove only the cartilage placed on the nasal tip, should I still do it at a removal clinic? And cartilage removal ...
