My surgery is scheduled soon, so I have been referring to various reviews in this community. If silicone is put into the nose, do you usually feel a strong foreign-body sensation later on? It will not be obvious that I had surgery, right?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
