I don’t have capsular contracture or inflammation, and I have silicone in the nasal bridge and ear cartilage in the nasal tip. I thought I’d simply remove the silicone and just reposition the ear cartilage, but after reading this community, it seems like the contraction period always happens, so I’m suddenly going crazy. Does everyone go through the contraction period?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
