I’m having square jaw muscle resection, cortical bone resection, and chin surgery in mid-July, and I’m posting because I’m curious whether everyone who had facial contouring is doing well. In my case, I want a frontal-view effect, so they said the mandibular angle below the ear won’t be too generous, and for the side profile they’ll leave the angle below the ear, and more muscle volume than bone will be resected. If there are people who had muscle resection, are you all doing well? Honestly, I feel like I haven’t heard much about muscle resection, so I’m asking again.
