I wonder if the surgical method is different. I watched a YouTube video, and they said if ear cartilage has been placed in the nasal tip, it isn’t just sitting there; it’s tied to the nasal tip, supported, and layered on, so simply removing that ear cartilage won’t make the nasal tip return to its original state. They said that after removal, it needs to be repositioned. If there are 3 layers of ear cartilage in place, and they say they’ll leave about 1 layer and remove the rest, is that a simpler surgery and they don’t do repositioning?
