Usually, how long does it take before the nose settles enough to play ball sports? I’m going crazy wanting to exercise. I even want to wear a face guard and play, but my position is goalkeeper, so while getting hit by the ball isn’t very common, it does happen sometimes. I’m planning to wait until it has settled as much as possible before playing
