Is there a big difference between plastic surgery clinics in Seoul and regional areas? I’m considering eye surgery, but I live outside Seoul, so I’m wondering whether I should have it done in Seoul. Are there people who had it done in a regional area and were highly satisfied? If so, please let me know.
