I like working out, so it’s more important to me that there are no functional problems. I’m really not hoping for a beautiful nose, just a slight improvement. During the plastic surgery consultation, they’ll generally do it in the direction I want, right? I have a low nasal bridge and a very large bulbous nose. I honestly don’t have much ambition for the nasal tip either; I just want improvement in the nose width and the area between the eyebrows.
