Cartilage protrusion inside the nose??

It’s been 12 years since my surgery. At the time of the nose surgery, they said it would take 2 hours, but it took 7 hours. According to the doctor, my columella was weak and kept collapsing, so it was hard to raise the cartilage and that’s why it took a long time. My nose was originally short and upturned, but none of that was corrected, and only the nasal bridge was raised a little with silicone. Still, the long surgery scared me, and even though I didn’t like the shape, I was absolutely too scared of revision surgery, so I didn’t even think about it and lived with it for over 10 years. But starting a few days ago, next to the columella inside my nose, on the left side, I can feel something like a pimple, so I’m wondering what it isㅜㅜㅜ When I touch it with my hand it’s hard, and seriously what could this be ㅜㅜㅜ Why now, after 12 years have passed, this…
