I had a consultation, and if I remove everything, the nasal tip bothers me so much. I want a straight nose, and although my nasal bridge is low too, I’m especially disappointed that the nasal tip is low. They said to use a little septal cartilage and raise only the tip slightly, but I guess just removing everything would give me peace of mind, right? Even if they use just a little septal cartilage, I feel like later I’ll have problems, whether it’s empty nose or something else. They said they’d use only a small amount safely, and if it’s not enough, they’d use ear cartilage, but at one removal-specialized hospital, they told me to remove everything, saying that if I leave anything, I’ll eventually come back to remove it anyway. Now that I have to decide, I feel like a little bit of greed might become a problem as I live my lifeㅠㅠ …
