I originally didn’t do anything to the nasal tip, and since I only had silicone inserted through a closed approach, I want to remove it the same way through a closed approach, so I’m going for a consultation next week. There aren’t any side effects, but the silicone was placed so that it protrudes more than my nasal bone, so it casts a shadow and shows through. It’s not severe, but because of that, I feel like the silicone is noticeable. I hate that I look only at my face every day and worry, so I’m just going to remove it. Many places recommend revision surgery without implants too, but honestly, I don’t know how that will turn out either, so I’m just not going to do it. I am worried that people around me will notice, but well, openly in front of me…
