I can see the cartilage showing through right now, and my nasal tip has become slightly red. It’s not red overall, just one area is red. At first I thought it was a pimple, but I don’t think it’s a pimple. It doesn’t hurt or anything. Can inflammation occur because the skin has thinned due to the cartilage?
