Before <side view before surgery>Before <front view before surgery>Before <1 month after surgery>After <front view 2 years after surgery>Before <right side view 2 years after surgery>Before <left side view 2 years after surgery>It's been 2 years since my hooked nose surgery, and since I remembered the name of the hospital where I had surgery, I'm leaving a review
As you can tell from the photos, because I wore glasses for a long time, the hooked nose wasn't very noticeable from the front,
but from the side it was really severe. I really hated taking side-profile photos.
When I had the consultation, the doctor said my hooked nose was on the severe side,
and that if I didn't have an osteotomy, the area between my brows could become high.
I asked them to do it in a direction that touched as little as possible (naturally), and had the surgery.
As a result, they said they shaved down the hooked nose as much as possible and placed 2 mm of silicone.
The 1-month photo was when there was still a little swelling, but I liked the line the most thenㅠㅠ
Once all the swelling went down, the nasal tip drooped,
and my side profile became too flat... and the glabella was high, so I looked like an Avatarㅠ
From the front, the nose is slightly shifted to one side,
and as marked in red (+ the last photo), the nasal bridge near the left glabella is sunken inㅎㅎ
Because of this, I'm considering revision surgery these days.
I also kind of want to lift the nasal tip that dropped,
and I have no idea why that sunken area is like that;;
I'm wondering if I need an osteotomy ㅠㅠ
