Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I removed the silicone and cartilage is protruding inside my nose ㅜㅜ

It’s been about a month since surgery, and for reference, I left the nasal tip as it was. Like in the photo, in front of the inferior turbinate, how should I describe it... right at the part inside the nose that’s like a speed bump, the cartilage is protruding exactly like that ㅜㅜ The ENT said it’s okay to just leave it alone, without even taking a CT scan or anything, but is it really okay to leave it? Is there anyone here like me? Sometimes when I wipe with a cotton swab to clean out boogers, it bothers me, so I end up looking inside my nose for 10 minutes. When I look at cases of cartilage protrusion inside the nose, they’re all around the columella or the roof of the nasal cavity, so why is mine there...
