Everyone is scared because of side effects from rhinoplasty, right? So what do you think about having a first nose surgery at a hospital in this field that specializes in reconstruction? Since it is a hospital specializing in reconstruction, they would probably have handled many complication cases, and they would perform surgery using the safest method, so wouldn't it be safer?
