I had surgery last Tuesday; one side was round and the other was a bit narrow, but today suddenly both sides look pinched… ㅠㅠ lol Right after surgery, both were nicely round, so I’m just believing they’ll go back

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
