I’m a young man in my 20s. I heard that when there is a lot of fat under the eyes or wrinkles develop, sanpaku eyes can be corrected through under-eye fat repositioning. Conversely, I have sanpaku eyes because there is too little fat under my eyes; how can this be treated?
