Before surgery, my nose was really such a... such a huge complex that I disliked my natural nose so much I had decided since middle school that I would get rhinoplasty. It was a droopy, spread-out nose, and even the nostril wings were wide lol But it was actually a very simple nose to operate on. If they built a support and raised the cartilage, it would change dramatically, yes. After surgery, once the drooping was lifted, I was really satisfied and happy with the frontal improvement, but the problem is that the side profile is kind of absurdly overwhelming. It is pointy too, but the height itself just feels absurdly high for my face, from the beginning...
