I like the shape so much… I had primary surgery, revision surgery, then removal, and at least for the side profile, I like it best now I do have a rather low nasal bridge, but during my primary surgery they put in a 4 mm silicone implant, so only the nasal bridge was high and the nasal tip drooped, giving an Avatar-like feel. During the revision, they kept the nasal bridge height the same and only lifted the nasal tip, but maybe because they didn’t use autologous costal cartilage and only used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, the columella became depressed, and other than the nasal bridge looking high, there were no advantages The implant was also way too obvious from the front, and now the nasal bridge is much lower so that vibe is gone, but I think this nose suits me the best…
