As the title says, has anyone here had removal done at the clinic where they had their first surgery? I’m going to have it removed later, but would it be okay not to go specifically to a clinic specializing in removal?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
