I’m looking around here and there for consultations for my first surgery, and they say silicone will definitely cause side effects, so wouldn’t it be better to do it without an implant? After seeing side-effect photos on YouTube, cafes, and so on, silicone is scary. I’m really worried and going back and forth. A silicone nasal bridge does look smooth though.
