I had septal extension, nasal tip suturing, ear cartilage, and nasal tip work done, and thanks to using those, I ended up with a witch nose, drooping nose, arrow nose, and big nose all at once, so I want to remove everything, lower the height of my nose, and improve the drooping nasal tip line. I’ve gone to a total of 3 clinics so far, but all 3 of them didn’t recommend costal cartilage. They say that usually by the third surgery, a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, but I’m worried it might droop again if I don’t use it. Based on the shape and reviews of ㅊㅁ and ㅈㅅ, it’s my second choice, but is there anyone here who had issues or was dissatisfied with the shape?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
