What’s the biggest reason for removing a septal extension? Pressure? Deviation? I’m planning to get a septal extension now, but it seems like the biggest reason people get revision surgery is septal extension, so if I get a septal extension, does that mean another revision is basically guaranteed? Is there no alternative surgery to septal extension?
