My rhinitis is so severe that I’m planning to have surgery for a deviated nasal septum, and since I’m doing that, I’m thinking of getting rhinoplasty at the same time using septal cartilage. But I heard that with septal cartilage, they can only make the nasal tip. Then does that mean I need to put silicone in the nasal bridge? Please recommend a hospital that is good at doing deviated septum surgery together with male rhinoplasty.
