I’m about to have my third surgery this time. All the clinics I went to for consultations said autologous costal cartilage is definitely much better, and that if I want to use donated rib cartilage I can, but the choice and responsibility would be mine. The only places that first recommended donated rib cartilage and said it would be fine were large hospitals lol But even so, like, how perfectly pretty am I trying to become that I’d even cut into myself for autologous costal cartilage? When I get older, it would probably look strange if only my nose is sharp and high anyway. If the side effects were really that major, donated rib cartilage would probably have disappeared in the first place. I guess the shape just ends up a bit less good than in the early stage after surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
