Thin Non-Incisional Inner Double Eyelid or Monolid Eye Correction

I’ve visited a few places, and some told me to make a thin inner double eyelid, while others said I should definitely get monolid eye correction. Which would be better? I mentioned 3 mm for the inner double eyelid. What worries me is that even if I do a thin inner double eyelid with the non-incisional method, they won’t remove fat, so I’m afraid my eyelids will sag again... For eye correction, I heard there can be side effects like dry eye syndrome because of the Müller muscle, so I’m debating it... Thanks in advance
