It’s been almost 5 months since removal, but the nasal tip still gets a little red and then calms down. When will this go back to normal? Has anyone here had this like me?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
