After going around to consultations here and there, it’s becoming more and more a total mess lol I was told my alar cartilage is broken or bent. At ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, they said they don’t know whether it can be restored or not, but if it can’t, they don’t tell me what would happen afterward. ㄱㅇㅅ said to take ear cartilage and graft it to the alar cartilage and nasal valve, but the cost there is seriously vicious and I don’t want to take cartilage from my earㅜㅜ I’ve lived without any particular problems so far, so I wonder if I really have to do it. Even now, I don’t have major discomfort functionally, but if I remove the silicone and only do cartilage repositioning while it’s still broken, will problems occur later? Over time, will my nose collapse…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
