Is there anyone here who has removed silicone and had revision rhinoplasty without an implant? I’m thinking about doing it that way this time, but they said that if I remove the silicone, there’s no method other than raising it with dermis or rib cartilage, so I’m wondering if that’s really true. I want to go to a properly good place, so I’m looking for hospitals through blogs and YouTube too, not just here. Are there any good places besides ㅇㅇ, ㅊㅁ, ㄷㅎㄷ, ㅇㅂㅈ?
