For my first surgery, I had everything crammed in as if I were someone doing almost the final-stage setup: functional rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone, and I ended up with a Pinocchio nose. My old face completely disappeared, so everyone I know is surprised. I’m looking into AlloDerm now, and I want to go back to looking natural like my original nose. They say it has fewer side effects and that the absorption rate isn’t extremely high, but my mindset is that I want this surgery to be the last one and never have surgery again for the rest of my life. I’d appreciate feedback and recommendations from anyone who has had surgery on whether AlloDerm surgery would be the most suitable option.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
