Honestly, when I look online, university hospitals themselves aren’t mentioned much, so it’s hard to find information. Looking at the reactions, people seem to say they’re safe, but not that great aesthetically. So is the chance of my appearance improving even a little on the lower side? The reactions are kind of ambiguous.
