These days I’m considering nose surgery because I have a deviated septum and a hump. My nasal bridge and nasal tip are on the high side, but the hump is also quite severe, so I’m wondering where to have surgery. I’m debating whether to go to a plastic surgery clinic or an ENT clinic. Nasal function is important, but I also think the nose shape is important, so is there a place that is good at rhinoplasty that preserves nasal function while making the nose natural, slightly like there is a hump but still straight?
