Can facial asymmetry be improved with facial contouring surgery? Right now I have a square jaw and facial asymmetry, so I’m considering surgery, but I’m scared of double-jaw surgery. It would be nice if facial contouring could improve the square jaw while also correcting the asymmetry, but I’ve heard there’s no solution for facial asymmetry unless it’s double-jaw surgery, so I’m conflicted.
