Compared with the photos, the tip area of my operated nose feels like it’s sticking out pointily, and it gives a Pinocchio feeling ㅠㅠ I was only supposed to have the drooping nasal tip raised naturally, but they used donated costal cartilage, so when I make facial expressions it doesn’t look natural, it’s too stiff, and my nose got bigger. It feels like only the nasal tip is rising like a slide, and it’s seriously making me lose my mind. If I remove my operated nose that used donated costal cartilage, will it collapse…
