I went around to all the consultations for nose implant removal, but I thought I might regret full removal. Then I was told that they could leave the donated costal cartilage in the columella and remove only the nasal bridge silicone and nasal tip cartilage, and it was a place with good reviews for revision surgery. I’m seriously torn. Has anyone proceeded that way?ㅜㅜㅜ It’s uncomfortable, so I want to decide quickly and remove it, but no one around me has done that, and I don’t have information either, so I’m asking for helpㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
