I went around to all the consultations for nose implant removal, but I thought I might regret full removal. Then I was told that they could leave the donated costal cartilage in the columella and remove only the nasal bridge silicone and nasal tip cartilage, and it was a place with good reviews for revision surgery. I’m seriously torn. Has anyone proceeded that way? It’s uncomfortable, so I want to decide quickly and remove it, but no one around me has done that, and I don’t have information either, so I’m asking for help
