I had nasal tip, septal cartilage, and nasal silicone surgery, but is there anyone here who has removed only the silicone? 1 If only the silicone is removed, can the possibility of a step-off be predicted in advance to some extent? 2 If a step-off develops with the nasal tip, how did you compensate for it? I’m curious about things like inserting ear cartilage, lowering the nasal tip, etc. There may also be cases where people just leave it as is 3 Can the possibility of saddle nose be known in advance?ㅜ Anyone here who has removed only silicone, please help ㅠㅠㅠ Any opinion is fine
