About 2 years ago, I had only my nasal tip raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, without an implant, and had my hump shaved down. Other people don’t really notice it, but the asymmetry is so severe, and the side profile of my nose looks completely different on the left and right. Even touching the nasal tip just a little makes me sneeze… If I get photographed with my head tilted up, the nostril asymmetry is so bad that it’s hard because I have to control my head position. I really want to remove it as soon as possible, but I’m too scared that my nasal tip might lift up for no reason, so I can’t do it. I saw on YouTube that someone only had non-implant material removed, but they had a huge deformity...
