Hello. I’m someone who had rhinoplasty without an implant, using donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and ear cartilage. The reason I chose early removal was that the nose itself was pretty, but my image had changed too much, and the high, long nose didn’t suit my face. Also, even though it was implant-free, the nasal tip felt so tight that I got headaches, and I don’t know if it was psychological, but I kept feeling like my nose was too heavy and that there was a foreign-body sensation. I kept thinking the nose shape would be okay once the swelling went down, and that the foreign-body sensation and nasal-tip tightness would also be resolved with time, so about 25 days passed, but really here…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
