It’s been almost 3 years since my nose surgery. Mine was a case with a hump nose and osteotomy too, and I want to lower my nose and make it look more natural, so I’m searching as much as I can, but it’s not easy to find information… Silicone 225mm, I don’t remember exactly ㅠ Medial and lateral osteotomy, septal extension, ear cartilage used, small amount of hump filed down. Is there anyone with a similar case to mine who had removal or revision surgery while keeping only the nasal tip?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
