I’m in my early 30s. My face has every feature that makes a face look unattractive: severe retruded chin, protruding maxilla, large cheekbones, short nose, thick-skinned bulbous nose, sleepy-looking eyes, deep nasolabial folds, long philtrum about 2 cmㅡㅡ, sparse eyebrows. First, I’m planning to have double jaw surgery at a university hospital. I’m currently undergoing pre-surgical orthodontic treatment. Everyone keeps looking at my chin fat and telling me to lose weight, but I’m at a normal weight. I also have a small frame, so if I lose weight I’ll look really gaunt. Should I accept the possibility of skin sagging and reduce my cheekbones while I’m getting double jaw surgery?
