I've had nose surgery 3 times, and at first this wasn't cosmetic surgery, but a case where I had surgery because my nose was badly deviated from a traffic accident. Looking back now, the first surgery is really important. You really need a clinic that's good in that field. In my case, if I had met a director specialized in deviated nose surgery and had surgery then, I probably wouldn't have ended up at 3 surgeries. My nose still hurts a little, and I'm looking into a 4th surgery. I hope it will be my last surgery, and everyone, please research your first surgery well.
