It hasn’t been enough months yet, so I’m not able to go for a consultation right now, but I’ve heard so many people say that if autologous costal cartilage is removed from the nasal tip, it collapses. I currently have an autologous costal cartilage support strut and extension graft. For people who have actually had it removed, are there any cases of collapse or anything like that?
