For male rhinoplasty, if I want to do everything including lowering the columella, raising the alar rim, reducing the nostril width, and raising the nasal tip, about how much would it cost? I would be grateful if you could tell me if there are any hospitals that are especially good. Also, I heard that raising the alar rim and lowering the columella do not have a large effect. Is that true? I think even a very small effect would be good.
