Every time I go to a hospital, my head gets more and more complicated lol This is my first rhinoplasty, and I have been going around thinking about correcting a bulbous nose and arrow-tip nose, but each doctor’s surgical method is so different that it is hard. My brow area protrudes, my nose becomes an arrow-tip nose when I smile, and my alar base is slightly wide. Is there anyone who had surgery for a similar case and had a successful result? So far, I have been to Byjun, Nose Lab, and Mijak. Byjun shapes the nose naturally, but I am worried that if they reduce the alar base a lot, breathing may feel stuffy.
