It’s been just a little over two months now. I didn’t have many options, so I had full nasal implant removal and then revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. The rib pain has completely disappeared too, so I’m wondering if I’ve fully recovered now. During my first surgery, the doctor just made the nose he wanted however he liked, and apparently used up a lot of my own tissue very enthusiastically. So I had no choice but to use autologous costal cartilage. I wanted my impression to look more natural, so I had the removal done, but because of the nasal tip, I still had to have revision surgery. Honestly, I was really worried it might come out looking pointy …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
