I developed inflammation just 20 days after my primary surgery, so I had everything removed at the hospital where I had it done. While I was recovering after the removal, there was discharge from the columella again, so I went to the hospital and had it squeezed out, and then my columella retracted ㅎ My choice of hospital for my first nose surgery was so wrong from the start, and I regret thinking that if I had gone to an explantation hospital, they wouldn’t have removed it this carelesslyㅠㅠ I can see a depression at the nasal tip, pinching on the nasal ala side, and pigmentation on the nasal tip too.
