For my first surgery, I had surgery without an implant at ㄷㅇㄷ. First of all, there was ear cartilage in the columella and nasal bridge, and for revision surgery, I had removal surgery at the same hospital. But while removing it, they tied the nasal tip. They said this was an essential step and that they couldn’t avoid tying the nasal tip. They did say they would operate safely, but when I said my breathing was uncomfortable, they only said things like, “That can’t be. We didn’t touch the septum,” so communication was a bit impossible.
