Two years ago in late summer, I had cosmetic surgery with 3 mm silicone, cartilage from one ear, and osteotomy. They only took face photos, and there was no CT scan before or after consultation or before or after surgery. I think that was the biggest mistake. After surgery, in terms of shape and feeling, I didn’t feel that the nasal bridge height had increased from my natural nose, and the nasal tip was very pointed. The columella looked very thin, attached very close to the cartilage, and flat. I was living in a state where the foreign-body sensation was uncomfortable, about that much. Right after surgery, it felt like it was shifting to the left, and pain was severe on that side, so I asked on the day the splint was removed or maybe at the 2-week postoperative follow-up, and they said it was swelling. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
