Before taking off all the taping, I was really scared about what my nose shape would look like, but right now I really like it. My original nose was really low and upturned. For the surgery, I had 5 mm or 6 mm silicone, donated costal cartilage, and dermis used. But after about 10 years, the donated costal cartilage at the nasal tip had all dissolved, and as the silicone moved up toward the glabella area, my nasal tip line became strange.
